GUAILA TOYS

Original IP Plush Development

The client had original character designs but needed a professional partner to turn them into production-ready plush products.

We provided structure optimization, material selection, prototype development, and mass-production management to preserve the IP's key features.

The original character was successfully commercialized as a market-ready plush product and launched by the brand.

High-Detail Cotton Doll ODM

The client needed a highly accurate cotton doll, with particular challenges in facial proportions, embroidery, and costume construction.

Through multiple sampling rounds, we refined the doll structure, facial embroidery, and removable clothing design.

The final product closely matched the original character concept and met the client's expectations for detail and quality.

Custom Promotional Plush

The client wanted custom plush gifts aligned with its brand identity, supported by consistent quality and reliable delivery.

We provided end-to-end ODM support covering design refinement, material recommendations, packaging coordination, production, and quality control.

Mass production and delivery were completed on schedule with consistent product quality.

WE PRO Toys

The client owned licensed IP assets but lacked the integrated supply-chain support needed to turn concepts into commercial products.

We supported product planning, prototyping, packaging coordination, and mass-production management from concept through finished goods.

The IP concept became market-ready plush merchandise and established a foundation for future collection development.
